We are a family of Italians born abroad. Children and grandchildren of Italians who have left their beloved country after the war and now, a generation later, returns.
In search of a place in the world where time was still time, where nature was still nature, where the winds blew according to their moods and where the light bring a singular brightness to the horizon. We arrived here, in the heart of the Itria Valley, among trulli, lamie and olives. Here he was born our Ulivino.
The love for earth has always been our family passion. To follow the cycles of nature, its transformations and manifestations. To observe the light, the wind, the surrounding water. The colors of the sky and the earth. Working together with natural cycles is a gift, because after a lot of work, pruning, plowing and taking good care of the earth, the time comes for the harvest. And the harvest is traditionally celebrated with family and friends reunion, with music, good food and a lot of joy.
